Water Park

This past weekend Anna & Blake got to spend the night while Michael & Megan went out for their anniversary.  They were so good.  Chad came home early on Friday so we adventured out to the water park with 4 kids.  Anna was too busy spraying water and going down the slides to get any picture of her!  They all had a great time and slept great that night.  :)

Do your kids ever do this?

Not sure why this is such a fun game, but both of my kids have always thought (and still do) it was so funny to try and eat their toes and legs!  Goofy.  

Ohh-He has no pants on because I had just changed his diaper before leaving for my moms to go swimming, and didn't feel like fighting with him to get his shorts back on!  

A Shout Out to the Birthday Boy!

We just wanted to wish Blake a very happy 1st birthday.  I really cant believe the year has come and gone so fast.  What a big boy.

Ice Skating at 2 1/2 - I'm crazy, I know!

We met up with Angie and Alec yesterday to go Ice Skating at the Galleria.  Carli was so excite to go, even though she had no idea what she was getting herself into!

Fast Cabin Fun

We ran to the cabin this weekend for a very fast trip.  We got there in time for bed on Friday night and left Saturday night at bed time!  As much as I would love to stay longer than 24 hours at a time, it actually worked out pretty well.  

Nate took his first ride on the four wheeler and loved every minute of it.  

Carli just loves being at the cabin and doing her own thing.  She loved taking her turn shooting the gun with Dad and Grandpas help!

I was able to attempt a little photo shoot of the kids.

Wii Love This Thing!

Chad thought it would be fun to get a Wii.  I am so not into these gaming type things, but when our friends called from Target and said they had found one, I said why not!  

So here we are Wii-ing the night away.  

Chad makes really great faces, and Nate loves to watch!  Carli thinks she is really good at bowling and if you don't get a strike or a spare she says, "ohh" in a really sympathizing sarcastic voice!  

Lets try this blogging thing!

Not sure why I got the urge to do this, but I am going to give it a try.  I hope that it will make me a little better at taking pictures of my kids.  Carli was easy to take pictures of!  She was our first!  I for sure have not been as good at taking pictures of Nate or even writing down his milestones.  I hope this will make me better.  

I am sure I will have everyone proof reading my entries and laughing at my crazy family.  I guess that's why we blog right?
